One of the most frequently asked questions about meditation is when is the best time to do it. Probably the best time is first thing in the morning before we start the days activities.
At sunrise it is the power time so at this time we can set our goals for the day and focus on how we can achieve them. Often if we have the intention to meditate at a later period during the day
or in the evening events which are sometimes unexpected occur and we end up not meditating at all. The important thing to consider is the intention to make the meditation practice a habit.
If it is not possible to meditate in the morning the next best time is at the end of the day. This is a time of peace when most of the activities of the day have been completed and we can reflect
on their outcome.
