About me

My background was originally in the corporate sector as a Chartered Secretary for many years. It was whilst working for a subsidiary of British Airways in fact that I began my journey into meditation some years ago.
British Airways staff were accessing yoga classes and I would often attend. I found that I had a great synergy with this ancient discipline and so went on to train as a Yoga Teacher with the All India Board of Yoga.
More recently I have worked for BP providing the staff with meditation sessions; they reported that it helped them to de-stress and aided productivity as a result.
